Director, Marketing (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies supporting sales bookings, revenue goals, awareness, reputation, lead generation, and sales.
• Lead demand generation programs, including copywriting, content marketing, product marketing, and campaign development.
• Create messaging for web, sales, marketing, professional events, journals, social channels, and other external channels.
• Plan and oversee marketing activities at client-facing events and build relationships with thought leaders, influencers, and key accounts.
• Partner with sales and solutions management to create sales-enablement tools.
• Monitor and report on MQL generation, conversion, and marketing influence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
• 4–5 years of relevant management experience.
• Must work onsite at the Overland Park, Kansas headquarters.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required at hire.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work additional or irregular hours as needed.
