Performance Marketing / User Acquisition (AI)

Location: Work from anywhere; fully remote

Salary: €65,000–€105,000 base annually, plus bonus

hirify.global builds AI companionship products, including a large AI companionship platform governed by its proprietary EverGuard moderation system.

What you will do

• Lead one or two paid acquisition channels, including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Build and iterate scalable acquisition funnels, landing pages, creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor CPA, ROAS, retention, cohort behavior, CAC, and LTV using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
• Scale existing campaigns to 3x or more budget while maintaining performance targets.
• Develop creative briefs, testing systems, SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines.
• Build relationships with traffic sources, negotiate premium placements, and evaluate new acquisition opportunities.

Requirements

• 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven experience managing $300,000 to $1,000,000+ in monthly paid media spend.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards, and campaign reporting.
• Experience optimizing landing pages, funnel conversion, and subscription models using CAC/LTV frameworks.
• Perfectly fluent English required. Comfortable advertising uncensored AI products and content.

• Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals such as dating, femtech, or telehealth.
