Customer Success Manager (RegTech)

What you will do

• Own account health scores and renewal forecasts for a portfolio of enterprise and institutional financial services customers.
• Plan renewals 6–12 months ahead and lead commercial conversations with customer stakeholders.
• Monitor product adoption and usage data, identify at-risk accounts, and lead targeted enablement activities.
• Build relationships across Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology teams and act as a trusted advisor.
• Run quarterly Executive Business Reviews, documenting delivered value, achieved outcomes, and future success plans.
• Deliver training and workshops, maintain Salesforce account records, and share customer feedback with Product, Sales, and Delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship roles within B2B SaaS.
• At least 2 years managing enterprise or institutional clients in financial services.
• Experience managing complex renewals in large, regulated organisations with multi-stakeholder procurement processes.
• Working knowledge of financial services regulation, including prudential regulation, conduct rules, and AML/KYC.
• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from analyst level to C-suite.

Nice to have

• Experience in RegTech, GovTech, or compliance technology.
• Familiarity with Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks.
• Multi-geography experience across the UK and Europe, the US, or APAC.
