Delivery Manager (IT)

Location: 100% remote from Poland.

What you will do

• Oversee ongoing IT projects and monitor delivery progress.
• Plan and coordinate project activities to maintain momentum.
• Ensure delivery remains on time, within scope, and at the expected quality level.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate execution with development teams.
• Identify risks, blockers, and potential delivery issues before they impact projects.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain transparency with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading or supervising multiple IT projects, especially platform rebuilds and website projects.
• Strong understanding of technology and software development team workflows.
• Ability to organize team work and manage projects from the delivery side.
• Direct client-facing experience and strong communication skills.
• Independence, maturity, and comfort working flexibly.
• Very good spoken and written English.
