Operations Intern

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Salary: €500 per month for 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Map, document, and improve day-to-day workflows to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, align stakeholders, and track timelines from kickoff to delivery.
• Support daily operations by managing tickets, following up on action items, and maintaining internal documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to keep operational activities moving.
• Maintain accurate records, manage data entry, and organize operational systems.
• Generate reports on operational KPIs to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
• Available from September 2026 through February 2027 for 5–6 months and at least 32 hours per week.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Passion for operations, processes, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, organization, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious, hands-on, and comfortable solving problems collaboratively.
