Senior Risk and Change Specialist

Location: On-site in Groningen, Netherlands; candidates must already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Manage and track Early Warning Notifications, risk management, and change management processes.
• Host risk and change meetings with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Escalate submissions that exceed agreed thresholds and coordinate change communications.
• Develop risk impact assessments with risk owners, including cost and schedule implications.
• Prepare risk and change status reports for monthly project reporting.
• Track project contingency budgets, actual spend, and change order logs through approval and sign-off.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline, with experience championing risk and change management.
• Experience working on large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Analytical, strategic, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach to leadership.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Must currently live in or be looking to move to the Netherlands and already have the legal right to work there.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
