What you will do
- Analyze departmental workflows and propose improvements to efficiency, quality, and innovation.
- Support project management by tracking milestones, coordinating tasks, and updating documentation.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and develop data-driven solutions to production and operations challenges.
- Participate in client and internal stakeholder meetings, building negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Learn and use project management platforms, art tools, ERP systems, and other specialized software.
- Prepare and present project updates, analytical findings, and insights to department leads and small groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management or engineering from a leading international university.
- Ability to learn quickly, stay self-motivated, and manage complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Mature approach to relationships, including communication with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, mathematical, computational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Open and international mindset with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
- Passion for games and digital culture.
