Plan Manager - Health Account Solutions

Location: United States — remote from home; occasional travel required

Annual base salary: $56,220–$70,280 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned employer groups, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
• Manage client relationships through proactive communication, service oversight, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate complex inquiries and escalations with Operations, Claims, Eligibility, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and Vendor Management teams.
• Facilitate plan changes, product enhancements, regulatory requirements, and client renewal discussions.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, automation, reporting, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Support onboarding and mentoring, standard operating procedures, training materials, and knowledge documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance operations, or client service.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with consumer-driven health plans or COBRA is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel occasionally.
