Inside Solutions Architect / Specialist (AI Networking)

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of two days per week from an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Drive pipeline development and revenue growth for data center networking, routing, and AI infrastructure connectivity solutions.
• Lead consultative discovery with commercial and lower-tier enterprise customers to understand business, infrastructure, and modernization needs.
• Translate customer requirements into solution architectures, deployment models, topology options, and phased adoption strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise on hirify.global Networking technologies, validated architectures, competitive positioning, and technical strategy.
• Engage network architects, IT managers, infrastructure leaders, operations teams, and director-, VP-, and selected C-level stakeholders.
• Manage opportunity qualification, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and collaboration with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, partners, and field specialists.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in networking technology sales, specialist sales, or hybrid technical-commercial roles.
• Proven success positioning networking infrastructure solutions in commercial or enterprise environments.
• Experience leading or contributing to solution architecture discussions involving switching, routing, and data center networking.
• Strong understanding of leaf-spine designs, fabric architectures, scalable routing, and AI infrastructure connectivity.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into credible solution designs and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong sales discipline, forecasting accuracy, opportunity management, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bi-lingual English/French or English/German language skills.
• Experience integrating networking infrastructure with compute, storage, and AI workloads in data center or hybrid cloud environments.
