Graduate Sales - Solutions Architect

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with an average requirement of two days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Understand customer technology environments and design solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Build architecture and product knowledge across HPE’s portfolio through training and technical certifications.
• Contribute to end-to-end technical solution designs with senior architects and account teams.
• Support customer solution architecture while collaborating with partners and stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical designs.
• Provide technical input for proposals, presentations, and solution documentation, engaging specialist resources when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in 2025 or 2026, preferably in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech.
• Proven interest in sales and a strong passion for technology.
• Ability to build relationships at different organizational levels and participate in solution-focused discussions.
• The role requires comfort with a hybrid virtual and face-to-face working environment in Prague.
