Digital Presales Solution Architect (HPE GreenLake)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Provide sales support through opportunity solution pricing and proposal development.
• Handle end-to-end pricing solutions for the Solutions Center portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales and pursuit teams to understand customer requirements and develop pricing quotes and Statements of Work.
• Contribute to technical solution design and deliverables for in-pursuit deals.
• Validate incoming deals against acceptance guidelines and develop expertise in assigned technologies.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, manage escalations, and drive technical and commercial discussions.

Requirements

• Completed technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn technology concepts quickly and understand their business purpose.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel data manipulation and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
• Proposal and presentation writing skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver results.

Nice to have

• Experience in a similar presales, solutioning, or pricing role.
• German, Spanish, French, or Italian as an additional language when required.
