What you will do

• Lead solutions design for complex pre-sales and post-sales projects.
• Provide technical oversight and act as a technical escalation point for a portfolio of projects.
• Develop and enhance PS best practices, reference architectures, and methodology.
• Collaborate with Product Management to provide field feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Manage customer onboarding training and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
• Perform design and implementation reviews for internal and partner deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an architect or senior engineer in multi-vendor network or security infrastructure.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in routing (BGP, EIGRP, static) and switching.
• Proficiency in at least 3 domains: SD-WAN, Firewalls, SWG/CASB/DLP, Identity Management, IPS, or Load Balancing.
• Experience designing network infrastructure with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles (consulting, pre-sales, or PS) creating HLD and LLD documentation.
• Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
