What you will do
- Design intuitive, functional, and interactive experiences for digital products and websites.
- Conduct user research and remote or in-person usability testing.
- Create and refine sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, customer journeys, and interface designs.
- Apply UX guidelines, pattern libraries, web standards, and accessibility principles throughout product development.
- Present design concepts and align solutions with stakeholders, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, content writers, project managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience designing complex websites and applications.
- Strong knowledge of WCAG, accessibility standards, user-centered design, UX/UI best practices, and data visualization.
- Experience rapidly prototyping with tools such as Sketch, InVision App, or Axure.
- Experience working with sitemaps, wireframes, customer journeys, and Agile development processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
