Customer Experience Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic. Hybrid way of working.

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas of concern.
• Generate actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
• Map customer journeys and identify opportunities for end-to-end optimization.
• Analyze feedback from surveys, interviews, reviews, and support interactions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve the user interface and customer journey.
• Create reports and presentations and share data-driven recommendations with stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, customer experience, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX/UI principles.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in the gambling industry.
• Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI.
