Insight Analyst - Marketing (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid work in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing, Product, and business teams to identify growth and player-experience opportunities.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Recommend improvements to acquisition, conversion, and retention across Sports and iGaming products.
• Support North American Marketing Leadership with data-driven business and marketing analysis.
• Use analytical techniques and new tools to improve operational processes and the onsite player experience.
• Communicate findings clearly and collaborate on solutions to business challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an analytical role.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities, including the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• Confident communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborative approach and interest in solving business problems with data.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or R.
• Interest in sports betting and iGaming.
• Ability to navigate complexity and improve player experiences.
