Insight Analyst - Marketing (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid role in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with business teams to identify growth opportunities and improve the player experience.
• Work with Marketing and Product teams to translate business priorities into analytical opportunities.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Provide recommendations to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and onsite player experiences.
• Support North American Marketing Leadership with data-driven business and marketing insights.
• Communicate findings, explore analytical tools, and collaborate on solutions to business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a similar field is highly preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with an interest in sports betting and iGaming.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
