Analyst Credit Management (Automotive)

What you will do

• Set up new accounts receivable accounts by reviewing financial and credit information.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits.
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable balances and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
• Coordinate with customers and internal functions on billing corrections and disputes.
• Review orders on credit hold and release or continue holding them according to policy.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of credit and accounts receivable processes.
• Ability to review and interpret basic financial information with guidance.
• Professional customer communication skills for resolving routine disputes and following up on payments.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Czech required.
