Senior Finance Operations Assistant

Location: Prague; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Process vendor and customer invoices and payments in SAP according to company policies.
• Validate invoices and payment requests, manage collections, and resolve payment issues.
• Respond to vendor and customer questions about payments, invoices, and account statuses.
• Perform monthly accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and support productivity and process improvement initiatives.
• Work with Procurement to improve purchase order compliance and support scalable global finance processes.

Requirements

• High school graduation.
• 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in finance or a transferable role.
• Basic exposure to finance processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and deadline-management skills.
• Availability to work in the Prague hybrid workplace, with an average of 3 office days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or another large-scale ERP system.
