Senior Product Owner (CRM): Driving the evolution of Odoo-based CRM and ERP platforms and improving end-to-end commercial, operational, financial, and logistics processes with an accent on product vision, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on simplifying and automating business processes, improving data quality, and delivering scalable customer and operational outcomes.
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany. Flexwork is supported, including up to 30 days working from abroad in specific countries.
Annual salary: approximately €85,000.

What you will do
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Odoo-based CRM and ERP platforms.
- Analyse and improve end-to-end processes across order-to-cash, billing, payments, customer management, logistics, procurement, and finance.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into user stories and deliverables.
- Align Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Support, Operations, Logistics, and Data stakeholders.
- Coordinate with implementation and service partners to deliver solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Drive adoption through data quality, release planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role in CRM, ERP, or business systems.
- Strong understanding of commercial, operational, financial, and logistics processes.
- Experience managing product backlogs, priorities, and stakeholder expectations in agile environments.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.
- Fluent English is required. Experience with CRM and ERP platforms is required; Odoo knowledge is beneficial.
