Senior Product Owner (R-19623)

What you will do

• Own and drive the strategic roadmap and backlog prioritization for the Mainframe area.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and technical solutions.
• Balance customer needs, regulatory requirements, operational demands, and technical sustainability.
• Communicate roadmap status, delivery risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Manage relationships with strategic vendors, outsourced development partners, and third-party technology providers.
• Monitor delivery commitments, service levels, quality standards, and business outcomes while mentoring Product Owners and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in technology product ownership, software development, systems analysis, or a related technology field.
• Experience managing complex requirements, backlogs, or product ownership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of Mainframe environments; COBOL experience is a plus.
• Experience managing outsourced development teams, strategic vendors, and global delivery models.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, with strong communication, analytical, prioritization, project management, and presentation skills.
