TL;DR
AI Product Manager (PropTech): Shape and deliver AI-powered case management products for residential property management with an accent on operational workflows, user adoption, and collaboration with AI engineering teams. Focus on structuring ambiguous domain problems, prioritizing scalable automation, and translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work with three days per week in the office

What you will do
- Own the product direction and roadmap for AI-powered case management automation.
- Define priorities, backlog items, and scalable solutions for complex case management workflows.
- Analyze operational processes, pain points, edge cases, local variations, legacy systems, and differing levels of technical maturity.
- Translate between AI engineers, operations teams, domain experts, and business stakeholders.
- Drive prioritization, delivery, rollout, adoption, measurement, and continuous product improvement.
- Develop tools such as a case triage engine that understands and routes incoming maintenance issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar product leadership role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-enabled services is preferred.
- Strong product ownership, strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to work with AI, ML, or data-driven product teams.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
- A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
