Technology & Cloud Architect (Azure)

What you will do

• Build and operate shared regional cloud and platform capabilities, including landing zones, platform services, and reusable deployment templates.
• Implement Azure landing zones and Infrastructure-as-Code templates using Terraform or ARM.
• Define CI/CD patterns and automate infrastructure deployment, configuration, and platform operations.
• Support cloud onboarding, workload migration, governance, tagging, policies, and monitoring across regional entities.
• Collaborate with local teams, vendors, architects, and operations teams to build, deploy, troubleshoot, and support cloud components.
• Create operational handover documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials while improving regional cloud and DevOps standards.

Requirements

• University education in computer science, mathematics, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, hybrid environments, or enterprise IT architecture.
• Strong Microsoft Azure knowledge, including networking, IAM/RBAC, Azure Policy, landing zones, governance, and security principles.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, Git, CI/CD, scripting, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of networking, virtualization, operating systems, storage, backup, monitoring solutions, cloud governance, security, risk management, and IT service optimization.
• Excellent English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Automation Engineer, or Senior Systems Engineer.
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud.
• Microsoft Azure or other cloud certifications.
• Experience in regulated industries such as insurance or financial services.
