What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to define business needs, process challenges, and SOX requirements.
• Design and implement scalable Celonis solutions from business requirements through implementation.
• Provide architectural and functional guidance to Celonis developers throughout solution development.
• Use process mining to identify control gaps, deviations, bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities.
• Develop solutions for SOX monitoring, exception management, and process transparency.
• Drive process optimization, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Celonis and process mining.
• Experience understanding complex end-to-end business processes and translating them into Celonis use cases.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and advising on solution options.
• Strong understanding of data models, process models, KPIs, analyses, and Celonis solution architecture.
• Experience in a SOX-regulated environment, including SOX controls and compliance requirements.
• English at B2+ level required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP platforms.
• Background in finance, procurement, order-to-cash, accounts payable, or other SOX-relevant processes.
• Experience with continuous control monitoring, compliance analytics, internal controls, audit requirements, segregation of duties, or control testing.
