What you will do

• Execute audit deliverables in accordance with the internal audit methodology.
• Support audit planning, scope definition, walkthroughs, stakeholder discussions, and results reporting.
• Analyze risks and assess the design and operating effectiveness of key controls.
• Document audit work and communicate findings to local and global management.
• Monitor management's remediation of open audit findings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support continuous monitoring of operational incidents, market and regulatory events, and business and technology updates.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Analyst, MBA in Finance, or a master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• 0–3 years of experience in risk-based operations or process audits, preferably in financial services.
• Experience executing audit engagements and evaluating risks and controls.
• Strong analytical, technical, documentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of credit cards, deposits, mortgage banking, and data analytics tools and techniques.
