Staff TPM (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA; Bellevue, WA; or Sunnyvale, CA, United States

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 per year plus bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Own infrastructure deployment programs for new sites, site expansions, and modular data centers from chip vendor engagement through first customer cluster delivery.
• Define firmware and DOCA targets, commissioning gate criteria, and DRI matrices during the initial deployment phase.
• Manage cross-SKU dependencies across active production programs and capacity expansion projects.
• Maintain real-time execution dashboards and deliver data-driven, decision-oriented updates to executives.
• Govern cross-organizational dependencies and drive alignment across engineering teams without formal authority.
• Coach junior TPMs and integrate AI tools for program tracking, risk detection, dependency mapping, data analysis, and executive communication.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• End-to-end infrastructure deployment experience at a hyperscaler, GPU cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company.
• Working fluency in GPU architecture, firmware lifecycles, compute orchestration, SDN, storage, networking, commissioning, and observability.
• Direct ownership of NVIDIA or OEM certification and validation timelines.
• Experience defining deployment engagement models and driving adoption across engineering organizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with VP- and SVP-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience defining or substantially redesigning commissioning gate frameworks for site deployments.
• Experience coaching or developing junior TPMs.
