Finance - Payroll Internship

What you will do

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for contractors accurately and on time.
• Verify timekeeping records and calculate wages, overtime, and deductions.
• Maintain contractor payroll records, including personal details, salary adjustments, and deductions.
• Manage payroll taxes, documentation, and filing in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Respond to basic contractor questions about deductions and pay discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Service, Billing, Finance, Payroll, and HR teams on data accuracy and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or college degree or diploma program.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and quickly understand job-related processes.
• Ability to handle payroll data and financial records confidentially.
