Finance & Accounting Associate

What you will do

• Review, approve, pay, and process SAP journal entries for employee expense claims.
• Manage corporate credit cards and official corporate documents.
• Calculate and process payroll and retirement pensions, and administer four major social insurance programs.
• Settle and pay import and export expenses and manage intercompany accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Maintain accounts receivable collection schedules and accounts payable payment schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and voucher filing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; graduating students may apply.
• Entry-level profile or up to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong ethics, transparency, reliability, accuracy, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Basic ability to interpret relevant laws and regulations.
• Business-level English required for written communication, email correspondence, and daily work.
• Ability to travel internationally when required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a foreign-affiliated company.
• SAP experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
