Supply Chain Operations Analyst (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; onsite

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year plus bonus; restricted stock units included.

What you will do

• Own the complete purchase order lifecycle for networking hardware, from sourcing and requisition approvals through execution and delivery.
• Analyze and streamline procurement workflows to remove bottlenecks and accelerate approval cycles.
• Use Coupa and advanced Excel to monitor supply chain performance, build dashboards, and provide insights to leadership.
• Manage hardware warranty entitlements and renewals across data center networking and compute infrastructure.
• Collaborate with technical teams and external stakeholders on demand forecasting, technical specifications, and process compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in the energy sector or critical infrastructure.
• Experience managing complex global supply chains, vendor onboarding, and continuous process improvements.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and dashboard development.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise procurement tools, specifically Coupa and Jira.
• Ability to work onsite in Denver, Colorado, United States.
