Associate Data Scientist - Spring 2027 Master's Level Graduates (AI)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid work environment. U.S. work authorization is required.

Salary: $90,000–$118,000 annually, plus eligible bonus or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Execute large-scale, high-impact data modeling projects from design and validation through operationalization, maintenance, and documentation.
• Conduct data wrangling, cleaning, analysis, feature engineering, model selection, development, validation, and implementation.
• Provide ad hoc modeling and analytical insights for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytics projects and propose data-driven innovations.
• Communicate technical solutions and analytical results to business stakeholders.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and project management to deliver analytics solutions using machine learning, AI, generative AI, NLP, and statistical modeling.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree with at least two years of related experience, in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
• Professional data modeling experience in a business environment and strong knowledge of statistical principles.
• Experience developing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models, including time series, random forests, clustering, neural networks, generalized linear models, optimization, DOE, and dimensionality reduction.
• In-depth NLP experience, plus experience with churn analysis, profiling, recommendation systems, and MLOps.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and Spark; basic skills in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. work authorization is required. Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills are also required.
