Associate, Canada Strategy & Operations (Ecommerce)

Salary: $86,500–$108,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Support consumer growth campaigns by creating experiences and strategies for hirify.global's Canadian businesses.
• Build new customer experiences and launch plans from the ground up.
• Develop growth strategies using first-principles thinking, customer empathy, and market trends.
• Design and analyze experiments for promotional campaigns and in-app creative assets.
• Assess operational and financial impacts, track OKRs, and improve initiatives using performance data.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchant, product, engineering, finance, analytics, and legal teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, digital marketing, growth, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
• Ability to work as both a generalist and specialist, developing overarching strategy and investigating detailed operational issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying core problems, forming hypotheses, and proposing solutions.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving business environments.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and data-table creation.
• Ability to build dashboards for key metrics and high-level financial models.

Nice to have

• Experience using Figma or Adobe After Effects to develop creative assets.
• Experience using Claude Code.
