What you will do
- Provide legal advice on labor and employment matters related to employment relationships and human resources management.
- Advise stakeholders on the implementation of new labor regulations and related measures.
- Draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, agreements, policies, internal communications, and other labor documents.
- Support the defense of the company in labor inspections, administrative proceedings, and employment litigation.
- Represent the company before labor authorities and courts when applicable.
- Coordinate with external law firms and support the company's labor relations strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law is mandatory. Foreign qualifications must be recognized as equivalent to the corresponding Spanish degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Labor & Employment Law.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and employment relations.
- Experience in labor litigation, labor inspections, and administrative proceedings.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and legal advisory skills.
- Experience in a leading law firm or multinational company is highly valued; medium to high English is valued.
