T Hub - SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (German)

Location: Remote with approximately once-per-quarter presence required at the headquarters in Warsaw, Poland

T Hub Poland is a technology division of hirify.global and Deutsche Telekom Group building an SAP Center of Excellence for international customer projects in Europe.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise and public sector clients on HR digital transformation with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design target architectures across hybrid SAP and cloud environments and support migrations from SAP ERP HCM.
• Design end-to-end HR integrations with SAP and third-party systems using SAP BTP, APIs, middleware, and cloud technologies.
• Lead architecture workshops, solution design sessions, customer presentations, and system demonstrations.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors projects from planning and design through go-live and hypercare.
• Contribute to presales, technical decisions, architecture standards, best practices, and consulting methodologies.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and broad knowledge of its suite and module interdependencies.
• Experience designing complex HR and enterprise architectures and integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and third-party solutions.
• Knowledge of modern cloud architecture, SAP BTP, APIs, middleware, system landscapes, and platform design.
• Experience facilitating customer workshops and explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent German and very good English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, presentation, consulting, customer-focus, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ERP HCM, SAP HCM for S/4HANA, Employee Central integrations, SAP Work Zone, or SAP Cloud Identity Services.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, cloud security, and identity concepts.
• Experience in public sector or large enterprise projects, HR transformation, cloud migration, hybrid HR landscapes, presales, and proposal development.
• SAP SuccessFactors or SAP BTP certifications.
