What you will do

• Lead complex laser and scanner-related manufacturing operations across multiple work centers and teams.
• Guide technical decision-making using deep knowledge of laser systems and scanner integration.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and overall operational performance across production areas.
• Develop mid- to long-term capacity, resource, and capability plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and technical problem solving.
• Coach team leaders and technical experts to strengthen operational capability and knowledge retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Optics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience with laser systems, scanner technology, or complex semiconductor equipment in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in people management or technical leadership.
• Fluent in both English and Korean.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Proven track record of planning and organizing resources within professional policy frameworks.
