Customer Support Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Onsite in Cheongju, South Korea; more than 50% of the time is spent working in a clean room.

What you will do

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize hirify.global equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and advise users on corrective actions.
• Prepare accurate written technical reports.
• Transfer technical know-how to customers and support less experienced hirify.global personnel.

Requirements

• BS degree in engineering or an equivalent field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Verbal and written English skills are required.
• Willingness to continue learning and grow in a professional environment.
• Ability to build cooperative relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Experience with computer applications, including data analysis and word processing tools.
