Portfolio Strategist (Gaming)

What you will do

• Assess the current and future games portfolio across IP, genres, business models, and risk levels.
• Analyze the gaming market, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and technology trends.
• Build and maintain portfolio models that track investment goals while balancing risk and return.
• Provide data-driven analysis to support decisions on portfolio performance and future opportunities.
• Own discrete strategic workstreams and high-impact projects with guidance from senior strategists.
• Collaborate with studio and production teams to evaluate portfolio fit and the economic potential of game development plans.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in gaming strategy, product, analytics, or management and strategy consulting.
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry and the broader media and entertainment landscape.
• Ability to independently manage tasks, take ownership, and complete strategic projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting findings to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, mathematical models, and statistical techniques.
• Experience producing polished PowerPoint presentations and Excel models.
