Community Coordinator (Streaming)

Location: Full-time onsite at the Melbourne office, Australia

What you will do

• Design and evolve KICK bounties across Reddit, X, and the platform to gamify the viewer and streamer experience.
• Create original content and conversations around fictional avatars to develop KICK’s brand personality and lore on Discord.
• Build Discord features and community mechanics that deepen loyalty and improve engagement.
• Connect DMs, X replies, Discord, and bounties into one unified community experience.
• Own the brand’s tone of voice across all community channels.
• Use data and insights to improve watch hours, clips published, and Discord engagement.

Requirements

• First-hand knowledge of X, Reddit, and Discord communities.
• Experience as a viewer, streamer, or clipper of live streams.
• Ability to connect community activity with commercial and business outcomes.
• Fluency in gaming, sports, television, internet culture, and Gen Z trends.
• Demonstrable creative ability to develop and own original ideas and content.

Nice to have

• Community, social, or content experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience with Adobe Suite or similar production software.
• Experience with analytics platforms, low-code automation, or light scripting.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally for events.
