About the Role

You will prepare consolidated financial statements, covenant calculations, disclosures, journal entries, and reconciliations. You will support month-end and year-end consolidation, maintain technical accounting policies, research accounting questions, assist external audits, and contribute to special projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of complex technical accounting experience
• At least 1+ year at a Big 4 public accounting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• CPA license preferred or active CPA pursuit
• Technical accounting research experience
• U.S. GAAP
• Financial reporting
• Audit
• Analysis
• Communication

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly consolidated financial statements, quarterly covenant calculations and reporting, and annual financial statements and disclosures
• Support month-end and year-end consolidation close processes
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for complex transactions
• Maintain technical accounting policies and procedures
• Research and review technical accounting questions
• Support the external audit process
• Assist with special projects
