Property Manager – Manufactured Home Community

Location: North Phoenix, Arizona; onsite role with indoor office work and outdoor property inspections

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 base salary per year, plus quarterly incentive compensation and benefits

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations and performance of a 150-homesite manufactured housing community.
• Build resident relationships, respond to concerns, enforce policies, and improve resident satisfaction and engagement.
• Supervise and support the onsite maintenance technician while coordinating vendors, contractors, and improvement projects.
• Monitor collections, occupancy, operating expenses, retention, financials, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and property-level reporting.
• Manage home and homesite leasing and sales from inquiries and tours through applications, closing, and move-in.
• Transition the community into hirify.global’s portfolio and establish effective operating practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of property management experience in a Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in sales, leasing, or other revenue-generating work.
• Leadership and team supervision experience, with a strong focus on accountability and performance.
• Experience managing or contributing to budgets, KPIs, P&L, or other property financial performance.
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills; proficiency with Outlook, Google, and business systems.
• Basic maintenance knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufactured housing, RV, or multifamily communities.
• Experience with Rent Manager or similar property management systems.
