Senior Information System Security Officer (ISSO) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; US citizenship and Public Trust clearance required

Salary: $119,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Support portfolio-level security documentation for more than 30 applications.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the government customer and internal delivery teams.
• Support vulnerability remediation and promote security best practices.
• Apply hands-on ISSO experience across portfolio and operations and maintenance activities.
• Support Authority to Operate packages and information assurance controls.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information while communicating with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• US citizenship and Public Trust clearance are required.
• Hands-on experience as an Information System Security Officer.
• Understanding of the complete Risk Management Framework process.
• Experience with information assurance controls, scanning tools, vulnerability remediation, and ATO packages.
• Knowledge of FS-191, operational directives, and compliance requirements.
• Working knowledge of NIST RMF SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 4 and Rev. 5, and CNSSI 1253.
