Salary: $76,500–$99,000 annual base salary for US locations only.

What you will do

• Maintain security governance and assurance activities for management, regulators, auditors, and boards.
• Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, and guidelines based on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Test security controls, assess effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct IT security risk assessments and oversee remediation throughout the risk lifecycle.
• Prepare cyber risk posture reports for senior management and support regulatory examinations.
• Collaborate with departments and security leadership to communicate issues, gather information, and track remediation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 2+ years of information security risk management experience.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO, or equivalent security and risk governance frameworks.
• Experience using and administering GRC tools.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux, including Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI tools, including experience using GenAI coding assistance to improve processes.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or another relevant security certification.
• Ability to research and learn new tasks independently.
