Senior Creative Strategist

Location: Must be based in or open to relocating to New York, NY. This is a hybrid role requiring 3+ days per week in the Flatiron office.

What you will do

• Define and drive the creative strategy and vision for all paid marketing channels.
• Build and manage a rigorous creative learning loop to identify performance patterns and inform future strategy.
• Collaborate with the Production team to translate strategy into high-quality, performant ad concepts, briefs, and assets.
• Lead creative strategy roadmaps for expansion into new channels and audience segments.
• Partner cross-functionally with Media Buying, Product, and Growth teams to optimize patient acquisition.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in creative strategy or growth marketing.
• Proven ability to manage growth KPIs and work directly with creative production teams.
• Strong performance instincts and the ability to translate creative analysis into tactical decisions.
• Experience with roadmap rigor and managing multiple parallel workstreams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
