Software Engineer (Python/Web)

Location: Singapore; hybrid working opportunities available.

What you will do

• Automate the production environment through strategic software projects.
• Design and develop internal applications, systems, and tools that address operational and trading infrastructure challenges.
• Build software for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets.
• Develop an agile framework that adapts to changing requirements and business needs.
• Support and collaborate with other technical teams.
• Track and apply relevant technologies to improve internal platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Relevant experience designing and improving information systems.
• Strong knowledge of the full web programming stack, including Python.
• Experience building scalable web services and exposure to monitoring or alerting tools.
• Good Linux system skills and knowledge of shell scripting.
• Strong business communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Golang experience.
• Experience with Vue, React, or Angular, client-side JavaScript, and HTML-based UI development.
• Experience working with distributed systems.
