What you will do

• Develop and optimize high-throughput metrics engines that generate accurate lending and risk measurements.
• Build resilient workflows for market scenario analysis, counterparty evaluation, credit ratings, and risk appetite management.
• Contribute to next-generation, cloud-first architecture with AI-enabled capabilities.
• Write production-grade backend code, implement platform upgrades, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Apply SDLC best practices, including unit testing, automated testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with quantitative engineers, technical leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience with enterprise-scale, business-critical systems.
• Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Experience with scalable SDLC practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, and high-availability patterns.
• Experience implementing or integrating AI-enabled tools, platforms, or automated solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Financial services industry experience with domain knowledge in risk or risk engineering systems.
