What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize low-latency trading systems and infrastructure.
• Own trading stack components end-to-end, from architecture through production operation.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve execution performance and system resilience.
• Maintain observability, stability, operational excellence, and production readiness across critical systems.
• Troubleshoot exchange connectivity, execution, and market data issues in production.
• Set engineering standards through technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, testing, and AI-assisted automation.

Requirements

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems; Tokio experience is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in systematic trading, HFT, market making, quantitative trading, or a similar environment.
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including shell scripting, debugging, and latency-sensitive infrastructure trade-offs.
• Proficiency in Python or another scripting language for strategy development, automation, and operational tooling.
• Experience with FIX, REST, WebSocket, exchange connectivity, market data feeds, TCP/UDP, latency analysis, and low-latency networking.
• Ability to make architectural decisions, communicate trade-offs, provide technical leadership, and collaborate effectively in a remote team.

Nice to have

• Experience with DPDK, dedicated network infrastructure, kernel bypass techniques, and Tokio.
• Familiarity with agentic engineering, LLMs, MCP APIs, AI-first IDEs, harness engineering, and workflow automation.
• Interest in digital assets and crypto markets.
