Data Center Operations Project Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; on-site. Travel to physical data center sites is required as needed.

What you will do

• Oversee site readiness and coordinate facilities, engineering, operations, and external vendors for equipment installation.
• Lead end-to-end deployment projects for physical-layer and structured-cabling infrastructure, from planning through testing and handoff.
• Manage installation of backbone fiber, copper, pathways, and containment according to engineering designs and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
• Identify physical constraints, project risks, and resource blockers, then implement mitigation plans.
• Standardize deployment methods and documentation while providing progress updates to engineering, operations, and leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical project or program management experience focused on infrastructure deployments, data center operations, hardware rollouts, or large-scale technical infrastructure.
• Understanding of data center site readiness, networking, server deployments, and cloud readiness.
• Experience with hardware deployments, rack-and-stack operations, or physical-layer infrastructure rollouts in complex data centers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects from inception through completion using advanced project management tools and Gantt charts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and adaptability.
• Ability and willingness to travel to physical data center sites and work on-site in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

• Degree or field of study in Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• PMP or Certified Data Center Design Professional certification.
• 10+ years of experience with hyperscale, modular data center build-outs and physical-layer installations.
• Experience or interest in alternative energy systems, stranded energy resources, or climate-aligned computing technologies.
