What you will do

• Apply quality standards, procedures, and technical solutions to manufacturing processes and products.
• Monitor and report process performance indicators while supporting plant optimization and continuous improvement.
• Maintain product and process technical specifications and verify compliance with established requirements.
• Support audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Use standard problem-solving tools and data analysis techniques to address process challenges.
• Participate in cross-functional projects while learning project management and quality system processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; five years of equivalent experience may substitute for a degree.
• Ability to apply systematic problem-solving tools and techniques.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot equipment and process problems.
• Positive attitude and active participation in meetings and discussions with peers and leadership.
• Ability to select effective communication methods and provide clear technical direction and logical conclusions in written and oral communication.
