What you will do

• Act as the primary quality interface between the company and steel tower suppliers across North America.
• Monitor supplier performance across all production stages including raw material, welding, coating, and final inspection.
• Conduct comprehensive supplier audits and lead qualification processes.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Track and report supplier KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or similar).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company auto insurance.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally to project sites as required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and meet OSHA/ANSI weight limits of 265 lbs or less.
• Fluent English proficiency is required for safety communication and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in steel structures, wind towers, or heavy industry.
• Certifications in Quality such as Six Sigma, CQE, Welding Inspector, or NDT.
