Client Delivery Specialist, Automation Team - Associate (Fintech)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; office Monday–Thursday with remote work flexibility on Friday

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Lead ETL data conversion projects between portfolio management systems, including source-system analysis, data mapping, and large-dataset migration.
• Convert complex and unstructured historical financial files and statements into structured data for backfilling.
• Support automated data feeds by troubleshooting issues and transforming daily financial transactions and positions into source-system imports.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from client-facing teams with timely and accurate information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of financial industry experience, including financial product support, technical proficiency, and accounting knowledge.
• Expertise with Addepar and familiarity with portfolio management systems such as Advyzon, APX, Axys, Black Diamond, Orion, Ridgeline, or Tamarac.
• Experience with financial custodial data, alternative financial instruments, Excel, and text-file manipulation.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power Automate, or similar large-dataset software, including data extraction and transformation.
• Experience automating data integration processes and familiarity with Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, and GitLab; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and unstructured-to-structured data transformation.
• MS/MBA, CFA, CAIA, or CFP completed or in progress.
