E&C Project Manager III/Sr. - PEX Power Innovation - East

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; hybrid work model with one work-from-home day each week for most office-based roles. Up to 50% travel to field sites is required.

What you will do

• Lead internal and external teams in executing complex moderate-to-large engineering and construction projects.
• Establish project teams and coordinate technical resources through structured PLC/Stage-Gate processes.
• Develop project reports, presentations, schedules, cost forecasts, and lifecycle economic analyses.
• Present and implement engineering-based recommendations that improve reliability, operational efficiency, profitability, and risk performance.
• Prepare, review, and approve RFPs, contractor evaluations, and selection decisions.
• Evaluate project challenges and opportunities, gather data, and design solutions that improve economic performance across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• For the Senior level: at least 10 years of experience in oil and gas engineering or project management.
• For Project Manager III: at least 5 years of experience in oil and gas engineering or project management.
• Experience with facility construction and operations in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience with battery energy storage systems, control system coordination, and electrical modeling for data center power infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, PC skills, and a strong safety focus.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Master’s degree in business, project management, or engineering management.
• PMP certification or Professional Engineer licensure.
