Associate, Business Management

Location: New York, United States; hybrid working opportunities

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 annual base salary, plus eligible discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day business operations for securities trading in the Americas.
• Expand participation on exchanges and in other liquidity pools.
• Manage relationships with banks, trading venues, and brokers.
• Oversee prime brokerage relationships and exchange memberships.
• Execute strategic business priorities and conduct market trend and regulatory research.
• Organize administrative records required to support trading activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a top university.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a related field, such as a bank, trading venue, or trading firm.
• Experience with US equities and/or US options market structure.
• Familiarity with US securities market structure, commercial policies, and regulatory developments.
• Strong understanding of trading technology, analytical ability, communication skills, and experience making data-driven strategic decisions.
• Project management experience and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Programming or analytical language experience with Python, SQL, R, or similar tools.
