What you will do

• Support performance monitoring and strategy across the Public Investing complex.
• Review fund performance, identify exceptions, and analyze attribution and portfolio activity.
• Prepare performance-related materials for senior management, fund boards, and global governance forums.
• Develop and test upgrades for performance monitoring processes in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Expand competitive analysis and evaluate the quality of returns compared to client expectations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen the team's operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated interest in markets via work experience, CFA progress, or coursework.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
